Purpose:

This agreement sets forth the terms under which the Affiliate promotes the Company’s products/services and is entitled to commission payments based on referred sales or leads.

Commission Terms:

The affiliate shall earn a commission of 10% of each sale resulting from their referral, payable within 30 days after the sale is confirmed and payment is received by the company.

Affiliate Responsibilities:

The affiliate agrees to promote the company’s products/services ethically and in accordance with applicable US laws and regulations, including advertising standards and disclosure requirements.

Company Responsibilities:
