Custody Arrangements:

The parties agree to joint legal custody of the child(ren), with physical custody allocated primarily to the Parent/Guardian, subject to arrangements detailed herein.

Parental Responsibilities:

Both parties shall cooperate in decision-making regarding the child(ren)’s education, healthcare, and welfare, always acting in the best interest of the child(ren).

Visitation and Schedule:
