Loan Agreement Between Friends US – Sample Template

Parties Involved:

Lender: John Doe
Address: 123 Maple Avenue, Springfield, IL 62704

Borrower: Jane Smith
Address: 456 Oak Street, Springfield, IL 62705

Loan Details:

The Lender agrees to loan the Borrower the sum of $5,000 USD, which the Borrower agrees to repay under the terms specified herein.

Repayment Terms:

The Borrower shall repay the loan in installments of $500 every month, beginning on the 1st of each month, until the full amount is repaid, but no later than 12 months from the date of this agreement.

Interest:

No interest shall accrue on the principal loan amount, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Obligations of the Borrower:

The Borrower agrees to use the loan amount solely for personal expenses and to adhere to the repayment schedule.

Governing Law:
