Sample North Carolina LLC Operating Agreement

Introduction:

This Operating Agreement outlines the management structure, ownership interests, and operational guidelines for the LLC formed under the laws of North Carolina.

Members:

Member 1: XYZ LLC
Address: 123 Business Rd, Raleigh, NC 27601

Member 2: ABC Holdings LLC
Address: 456 Corporate Ave, Charlotte, NC 28202

Purpose:

The purpose of this LLC is to engage in lawful business activities permitted under North Carolina law, including but not limited to real estate investments and management.

Management Structure:

The LLC shall be managed by its Members or designated Managers as specified herein. Decisions shall be made by majority vote unless otherwise stipulated.
