Lessor: XYZ Property LLC

Premises Description:
The leased premises consist of approximately 5,000 square feet located at 789 Office Plaza, New York, NY 10003, or other designated office space as specified herein.
Lease Terms:
The term of this lease shall be for a period of 36 months, commencing on ___________________ and ending on ___________________, with an option to renew upon mutual agreement.
Rent:
The Lessee shall pay a monthly rent of $5,000, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Rent increases shall be as specified in Schedule A.
Lessee Responsibilities:
The Lessee shall maintain the premises in good condition, comply with all applicable laws, and promptly report any damages or necessary repairs.
Governing Law:
