Parties Involved:
Service Provider: XYZ Consulting LLC

Scope of Services:
The service provider agrees to perform consulting services related to business development as described in the attached Scope of Work document.
Fee Terms:
The client shall pay a total fee of $10,000, payable in installments as detailed in the Payment Schedule. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Provider Responsibilities:
The service provider commits to delivering the services outlined in the Scope of Work in a professional and timely manner, complying with all relevant regulations.
