Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Oak Road, Springfield, IL 62706, or any other real estate designated in subsequent amendments.

Ownership Terms:

The owners agree to hold the property jointly with the following ownership interests: Owner 1 holds 60%, and Owner 2 holds 40%. Any transfer, sale, or encumbrance shall require the consent of both parties as specified herein.

Owner Responsibilities and Use:
