Parties Involved:

Scope of Work:

The Service Provider agrees to develop, design, and deliver a website as described in Exhibit A attached herein. The project shall include creating a responsive design, integrating necessary features, and ensuring proper functionality.

Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay a total fee of $10,000, payable in installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon project completion. Additional charges may apply for scope changes.

Responsibilities of the Service Provider:

The Service Provider shall perform all services diligently and in accordance with industry standards. The provider will provide regular updates and seek approval on key milestones.

Client Responsibilities:

The Client agrees to provide necessary content, feedback, and access to resources required for the completion of the website within agreed timelines.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New York County.

Additional Provisions:

  • Any modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  • The Service Provider warrants that the website will be free from defects for a period of 30 days post-completion.
