Deferred Payment Agreement Sample (US)

Parties Involved:

Creditor: XYZ Finance LLC
Address: 123 Finance Avenue, New York, NY 10001

Debtor: John A. Doe
Address: 456 Maple Street, New York, NY 10002

Payment Terms:

The debtor agrees to deferred payment of the principal amount of $50,000, with an agreed interest rate of 5% per annum. Payments shall commence on December 1, 2024, over a period of 24 months, with equal monthly installments.

Obligations of the Debtor:

The debtor shall make monthly payments by the 5th of each month until the total amount, including interest, is paid in full. The debtor agrees to provide such documentation as needed to confirm payment status.

Governing Law:
