Project Description:

The project involves the installation and operation of a solar energy system located at 789 Solar Park Road, San Francisco, CA 94107, or other designated sites as detailed in the project documents.

Power Purchase Terms:

The Buyer agrees to purchase, and the Seller agrees to supply, clean solar electricity at a rate of $0.10 per kWh, for an initial term of 20 years, starting from the project completion date, subject to adjustments as specified herein.

Seller Responsibilities:

The Seller shall design, finance, develop, and maintain the solar energy system, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
