Supplier Rebate Agreement Sample

Rebate Description:
The supplier agrees to provide a rebate to the distributor based on the sales volume of the products specified herein, as detailed in the subsequent provisions.
Rebate Terms:
The rebate shall be calculated at a rate of 3% of the net sales, payable quarterly, upon reconciliation and approval of sales reports.
Parties’ Responsibilities:
