License Description:

The licensor grants the licensee the rights to use the licensed technology, products, or intellectual property specified herein within the United States, under the terms set forth in this agreement.

License Terms:

The license is granted for a period of 5 years, renewable upon mutual consent. The licensee shall pay an annual royalty fee of 10% of net sales associated with the licensed products or services.

Licensor Responsibilities:

The licensor warrants that it is the lawful owner of the licensed technology and will provide necessary support for its use, as agreed.

Licensee Responsibilities:
