Shipper: ABC Manufacturing Inc.
Address: 456 Industrial Road, Dallas, TX 75201

Shipment Description:

This agreement pertains to transportation of goods from the shipper’s premises at 456 Industrial Road, Dallas, TX, to the destination at 789 Distribution St, Houston, TX, or as otherwise specified in subsequent agreements.

Payment Terms:

The carrier shall be compensated at a rate of $X per mile or a total flat fee of $Y, payable within 30 days of delivery completion, subject to invoice submission and acceptance.

Carrier Responsibilities:

The carrier commits to transporting the goods safely, complying with all federal and state transportation laws, and ensuring timely delivery as per agreed schedules.
