Parties Involved:

Consignor: ABC Art Gallery LLC

Consignee: XYZ Retailer Inc.
Address: 456 Broadway Ave, New York, NY 10002

Item Description:

The items included in this agreement are artwork and collectibles, as listed in Schedule A, to be consigned for sale or display at the consignee’s location.

Consignment Terms:

The consignor agrees to deliver the items to the consignee, who shall display, promote, and attempt to sell or rent the items under the terms specified herein. The consignor retains ownership until sale or other disposition.

Parties’ Responsibilities:

The consignor shall ensure items are authentic and in good condition. The consignee shall handle the items with care and report sales promptly. Both parties agree to cooperate fully to facilitate successful transactions.

Term and Termination:

This agreement shall commence on the date signed below and continue for a period of 6 months, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement or breach of terms.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved within the courts of New York County.
