Parties Involved:
Warehouse Provider: XYZ Logistics Inc.

Warehouse Location:
The facility subject to this agreement is located at 9100 Warehouse Street, Los Angeles, CA 90003, or other designated warehouse as specified herein.
Storage Terms:
The client agrees to store goods at the specified warehouse, adhering to the storage procedures and conditions set forth in this agreement. The duration and terms of storage shall be mutually agreed upon.
Fees and Payment:
The client shall pay a storage fee of $X per month, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt. Additional services, if required, shall be billed separately.
Warehouse Provider Responsibilities:
