Images Covered:

The scope includes digital photographs and/or videos specified herein or attached as Schedule A, created by the Licensor and licensed to the Licensee for specified usage.

Usage Rights:

The Licensor grants the Licensee non-exclusive, worldwide rights to use the images for digital and print marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes, subject to the terms herein.

Fees and Payment:

The Licensee shall pay a licensing fee of $XXXX, payable upon execution of this agreement. Additional usage or extensions may incur extra charges as agreed upon in writing.
