Parties Involved:

Lodger: John Doe
Address: 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA

Host: Jane Smith
Address: 456 Elm Street, Anytown, USA

Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA, or other designated residence as specified and agreed upon herein.

Lodging Terms:

The lodger shall pay a monthly rent of $800, payable on the first day of each month, for the use of the specified premises, under the conditions set forth in this agreement.

Host Responsibilities:

The host agrees to provide a habitable space, maintain common areas, and ensure basic utilities are functional. The lodger agrees to keep the premises clean and abide by reasonable rules established by the host.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of local courts.

Additional Provisions:
