Introduction:

This Operating Agreement outlines the management structure, member rights, duties, and obligations for the Member Managed LLC, formed under the laws of the United States.

Members:

Member 1: John Doe

Member 2: Jane Smith
Address: 456 Oak Avenue, Sometown, USA

Management Structure:

The LLC shall be managed by its Members collectively, with each Member participating in the management decisions as specified herein.

Capital Contributions:
