Net 30 Payment Terms Agreement Sample
Parties Involved:
Seller: ABC Suppliers Inc.

Payment Terms:
The buyer agrees to remit full payment for the goods or services within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer, check, or agreed-upon method.
Parties’ Responsibilities:
The seller shall deliver the goods or services as specified in the purchase order. The buyer shall review, approve, and pay the invoice within the stipulated net 30 days.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
Additional Provisions:
- Invoices are considered accepted unless disputed within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Interest of 1.5% per month may accrue on overdue balances.
- Any amendments to this agreement must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
