Vehicle Lease Agreement Sample

Lessee: John Doe

Vehicle Description:

The vehicle subject to this agreement is a 2022 Ford Mustang, VIN: 1FA6P8JZ4L5100001, or other specified vehicle as detailed in subsequent negotiations.

Lease Terms:

The lessor agrees to lease, and the lessee agrees to rent, the vehicle for a period of 36 months commencing from the date of signing, with a monthly payment of $500, payable on the first day of each month.

Lessee Responsibilities:

The lessee agrees to maintain the vehicle in good condition, adhere to all applicable traffic laws, and return the vehicle at the end of the lease term in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
