Parties Involved:

Organization A: Green Earth Foundation

Organization B: Fresh Water Initiative

Purpose of Partnership:

The purpose of this partnership is to collaboratively promote environmental conservation and sustainable water management initiatives within targeted communities.

Parties’ Responsibilities:

Organization A agrees to provide educational resources and outreach support, while Organization B commits to implementing water conservation projects and reporting progress regularly.

Term of Agreement:

This agreement shall commence on the date signed below and continue for a period of two years, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

Funding & Resources:

Parties agree to allocate resources as mutually determined and to seek joint funding opportunities to support project activities.

Governing Law:
