Parties Involved:

Scope of Services:
The service provider agrees to assist the client in legal consultation and representation related to the specified project, as detailed in attached Schedule A.
Contingency Fee Terms:
The client shall pay the service provider a fee equal to 20% of the total recovery or settlement amount obtained as a result of the services rendered under this agreement, payable upon successful completion or resolution of the matter.
Provider Responsibilities:
