Property Description:
The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Elm Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, including all fixtures and improvements, as specified herein or in subsequent additions.
Lease Terms:
The Lessee shall lease the property from the Lessor for a period of 36 months, commencing on ____________________, with an option to purchase the property at the end of the lease term under specified conditions.
Payment Details:
The Lessee shall pay a monthly rent of $2,000, payable on the first day of each month. A portion of each rent payment may be credited toward the purchase price, as detailed below.
Purchase Price & Credit:
The agreed purchase price shall be $500,000. A rental credit of $200 per month shall be applied toward the purchase price if the Lessee exercises the option to buy.
