Rental Equipment Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Lessor: ABC Equipment Rentals, Inc.
Address: 123 Industrial Road, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Lessee: XYZ Construction Co.
Address: 789 Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90002

Equipment Description:

The equipment covered under this agreement includes a bulldozer, model BD-3000, serial number 987654321, and accessories listed in Schedule A, located at the Lessee’s site at 456 Construction Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90003.

Rental Terms:

The Lessee shall pay a rental fee of $2,500 per week, payable in advance on each Monday. The rental period begins on __________________ and continues until ________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

Lessee Responsibilities:

The Lessee shall operate and maintain the equipment properly, ensure its safe use, and return it in good condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. The Lessee shall also acquire and maintain adequate insurance coverage for the equipment during the rental period.
