Simple Equipment Rental Agreement Sample

Equipment Description:
The equipment subject to this agreement includes a 10kW Generator, Model XYZ-123, located at 1234 Industrial Rd, Springfield, IL 62704, or other equipment as specified in subsequent negotiations.
Rental Terms:
The lessee shall pay a rental fee of $200 per day, payable upfront before delivery, with the rental period commencing on the agreed start date and ending on the specified end date unless extended or terminated earlier.
Lessee Responsibilities:
